    Vikram Mukherjee elevated to VP-talent acquisition, Accenture

    Vikram Mukherjee has been elevated to the role if vice president-talent acquisition, Accenture. He will spearhead company’s strategic recruitment initiatives across global operations. His primary focus will be on enhancing recruitment processes, building diverse talent pipelines, and driving talent- fulfilment efforts.

    Prior to this, Mukherjee was associated with Accenture as its vice president-HR operations and transformation. He joined the company in February 2021 as its VP-HR-talent acquisition and played a key role in setting up HR shared service centres and improving recruitment processes for Fortune 500 clients.

    Mukherjee has also worked with many other renowned names such as SLK Global Solutions, [24]7.ai, Reliance Communications, Tech Mahindra, and Convergys.

    He began his career in 2003 as recruitment officer, Convergys. After a year, he joined 3 Global Services, as head recruitment for its Pune Business Unit. In the year 2008, Mukherjee joined Reliance Communications as HRM head and was based in Karnataka for close to five years.

    His next stop was [24]7.ai, where he joined as company’s assistant vice president-recruitment in the year 2013. In this role, he managed the company’s India delivery operations.

    In 2016, Mukherjee moved to SLK Global Solutions as its VP-global recruitment head.

    Mukherjee holds a degree in business management from the Calcutta University. His expertise lies in employee life cycle management, including talent acquisition, retention, HR operations, and HR business partnering.

    With a focus on optimising talent-sourcing strategies, Mukherjee’s leadership is expected to strengthen Accenture’s workforce capabilities.
