Apparel Group’s India operations recognised top-performing employees at the 2026 edition of its flagship incentive programme, the Circle of Excellence, rewarding high achievers with more than 50 motorcycles and a grand prize car.

The annual programme is one of the company’s largest internal recognition initiatives and is designed to celebrate employees and teams who deliver strong business results across the retail network. This year’s edition placed special focus on the company’s “Frontline First” approach, highlighting the contributions of store managers and operational support teams in driving growth and improving customer experiences across stores.

During the ceremony, a store manager who consistently exceeded operational targets and delivered strong performance was awarded the grand prize car. In addition, more than 50 high-performing employees from different regions across India received motorcycles as part of the recognition programme.

The awards were aimed at acknowledging employees who have contributed significantly to the company’s retail operations and customer-engagement efforts. The event brought together staff members from across the organisation’s fashion and lifestyle brands, celebrating the role of frontline teams in achieving the company’s performance goals.

Speaking on the occasion, Tushar Ved, president, Apparel Group India, said, “Our people are the driving force behind every milestone we achieve. The Circle of Excellence is more than recognition; it is our way of celebrating ambition, resilience, and the everyday excellence demonstrated across our stores. By honouring our top achievers with transformative rewards, we reinforce our commitment to building a workplace where dedication, innovation and customer obsession are consistently celebrated.”

The recognition programme is part of the company’s broader effort to strengthen employee engagement and reward outstanding contributions across its growing retail footprint in India.
