EOSGlobe to create over 500 jobs with new Noida centre

This move comes as the broader technology and services sector faces widespread workforce reductions

EOSGlobe has announced a major expansion with the launch of its new delivery centre in Noida, signalling strong confidence in India’s talent pool at a time when global technology and services companies are reducing headcount. The company expects the centre to generate more than 500 direct jobs in the first year and scale up to 1,500 roles by 2027.

This move comes as the broader technology and services sector faces widespread workforce reductions, with several large companies trimming staff by 15–20 per cent across global markets. EOSGlobe’s decision to grow during an industry downturn highlights its strategy to strengthen India’s position as its core delivery engine.

The 30,000 sq. ft Noida facility will operate as the company’s northern hub for advanced digital services. It is equipped to support AI-driven customer- experience management, automation solutions and next-generation business process services. The centre will cater to major Indian enterprises across banking, insurance, retail and technology, making use of the NCR’s extensive talent base.

Abhinav Arora, MD & CEO of EOSGlobe, said, “While others are retreating, we see unprecedented opportunity in India’s talent and potential. The current market correction has created access to exceptional professionals who deserve stable, growth-oriented careers. Our Noida expansion is not just about adding capacity – it’s a statement of faith in India’s resilience and our belief that economic uncertainties are precisely when responsible businesses should step up. We’re building for the long term, investing in people when they need it most, and positioning India as the global hub for intelligent business services.”

EOSGlobe plans to invest Rs crore in the new centre over three years. This includes setting up AI labs, digital infrastructure and learning facilities. Hiring will span customer experience, analytics, automation and technology support. The company aims to onboard fresh graduates and professionals affected by recent layoffs, offering reskilling and career-transition pathways.

The Noida centre becomes part of EOSGlobe’s expanding network of 12 delivery locations, supporting over 10,000 on-roll and off-roll employees and serving 150+ global clients. The organisation will also collaborate with NCR universities for internships and skill programmes, while its on-site Innovation Lab will work on solutions in automation, predictive analytics and conversational AI.

The investment is expected to create significant indirect economic benefits in the region and support digital literacy initiatives through partnerships with local NGOs.
