Edenred, a digital platform for services and payments, has announced the appointment of Minaxi Indra as managing director.

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, Indra comes with more than two decades of diverse leadership experience across global and Indian organisations.

In the early years of her professional journey, she spent over four years with IBM as client relationship manager, working out of Mumbai, from 2003 to 2007. She then moved to Cisco as business development manager, for over three years.

In 2010, Indra switched to SAP. She joined as large enterprise account manager-Tata Group (acquisitions and growth). Less than two years into this role, she was elevated to business development manager-HR (acquisitions).

November of 2012 saw her taking on the role of senior relationship manager (ENT)-Pan India, at LinkedIn. Two years later she was promoted to the role of regional sales manager. For over two years, she successfully led the top performing and high-potential relationship-management team for India before being elevated to regional sales manager.

After an over four-year stint with LinkedIn, Indra moved to Uber, where she joined as head of growth-APAC, Uber for business, in 2017.

Her next stop was upGrad in October 2020. She joined as president-upGrad for business. For over two years she led upGrad’s B2B efforts in scaling its business footprint.

From April of 2023, Minaxi Indra freelanced as a revenue management and leadership consultant, providing strategic direction to startups, partnering with CXOs to accelerate the business.

At Edenred, the payment solutions and rewards platform, she will focus on amplifying a culture of excellence within our team, strengthening our brand, building impactful partnerships, and exploring strategic acquisitions to accelerate growth.

Minaxi’s expertise spans various industries, including technology, learning, SaaS and travel.

Feeling “energised to join the team at this pivotal juncture of our India journey” Minaxi Indra says, “Edenred’s commitment to innovation and creating meaningful connections across employees, partners, and customers resonates deeply with me.”
