HONO, an HR-technology firm, has appointed Raghav Datta as its new chief operating officer and head-human resources. The appointment marks a key addition to its leadership team.
In his dual role, Datta will lead the company’s operations and people strategy as HONO sharpens its focus on delivering next-generation HR and employee experience solutions.
Prior to joining HONO, he served as CEO at WPPL Consultancy in Hong Kong. He joined the firm in 2021.
Datta brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, organisational strategy and operations. His career includes senior positions at Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, and Omerta Consulting, where he managed large-scale HR transformation projects and designed innovative rewards strategies for global clients.
Dutta began his career as an associate with Hewitt Associates in the year 1996.
A graduate of St Xavier’s College, Mumbai, Datta has built a reputation for promoting people-centric growth models and agile business structures across Asia. His work has centred on creating integrated HR frameworks and advising multinational organisations on talent, compensation, and organisational design.
His appointment comes as HONO accelerates its expansion in the digital HR and analytics-driven solutions market. The company aims to leverage Datta’s extensive leadership background to strengthen operational efficiency and align workforce priorities with business goals.
