Reeti Dubey has joined Google Operations Centre, India as its head-HR. In this new role, Dubey will strengthen the centre’s focus on people-centric strategies and operational excellence.
She joins Google after a 17-year tenure at Natwest Group, where she served as senior director-HR business partner. In this role, she led “all things people” for the customer franchises, financial crime, fraud prevention and operations businesses in India. She joined the company in the year 2007 as the talent acquisition consultant.
With nearly 20 years of HR leadership experience, she has played a key role in driving organisational transformation, workforce strategy, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her expertise in people management, combined with a commitment to fostering inclusive workplace cultures, has helped build strong employee engagement and development frameworks.
Passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive more efficient, she believes in sustainable HR practices and improving the employee experience. Her expertise lies in HR consulting, talent development, and leadership effectiveness, which positions her well to lead initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational growth.
Apart from NatWest, she has worked with other renowned brands such as Tech Mahindra and Gi Group.
She began her career with Gi Group in 2004 as a recruitment consultant-IT. It was in 2007 that she joined Tech Mahindra as senior executive-HR.
