    Former CEO of Aon Hewitt joins advisory board of Taggd

    Sandeep Chaudhary, former CEO, Aon Hewitt, has now joined Taggd, the recruitment solutions arm of PeopleStrong, as an independent advisor on its board. Chaudhary will help Taggd with its growth strategy in the Indian recruitment space.

    An advisor to private equity-backed businesses, Chaudhary excels in building a value creation plan focussed on talent & organisation transformation. His focus has mostly be in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), IPO readiness and emerging markets.

    At Aon Hewitt, Chaudhary contributed to the growth of the Company, with a series of acquisitions and divestitures. He is also an advisor on human capital issues to the Government of India as well as the Government of Sri Lanka. He is part of advisory board of the Centre of Corporate Governance & Citizenship, IIM Bangalore, and also at Cornerstone Venture Partners.

    His unique perspective combined with his years of industry experience and dedication are expected to help Taggd build its recruitment business further. He joins at a time when Taggd is focussing on creating a new world of global digital recruitment solutions.

    According to Chaudhary, “The recruitment industry is ready for its next wave of disruption. Leveraging data and artificial intelligence (AI) will build a lean, clean and an unbiased hiring machine. Businesses struggle owing to not finding the right talent in time. Taggd presents a distinctive value proposition and potentially can be the first and next big frontier in the recruitment space across India and other high- growth markets.”
