After a decade-long successful association with Home Credit India, Harshita Khanna is taking up the role of chief human resources officer (CHRO) at BharatPe.
This alumna of Delhi University served Aon Hewitt as project manager in the initial years of her career, from 2007 to 2010. During her tenure there she managed Total Compensation Measurement benchmarking survey for Asia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America (17 countries).
December of 2010 saw her joining Schneider Electrical as assistant manager-HR.
Her next stop was CSC where she served as assistant manager-compensation from April 2011 to August 2014. During her stint there she evaluated competitor compensation through compensation benchmarking surveys and benefits packages, and recommended changes and solutions to ensure market competitiveness.
September of 2014 was witness to Harshita Khanna accepting the role of senior manager-compensation and benefits, Nokia.  For the next year and three months she worked out of Nokia, Gurugram before moving to Home Credit India, in November of 2015. She joined as head-rewards and performance management, and over five and a half years into this role was elevated to chief people officer in 2021.
Thanks to her proactive nature she manages to anticipate needs and take initiatives ensuring that critical HR functions are optimised.
Known for her commitment to delivering on promises and exceeding expectations, her  ability to cultivate exceptional relationships with her peers and clients will be an asset to BharatPe. HRKatha wishes her luck in her new assignment at the fintech solutions firm.
