During her stint there she evaluated competitor compensation through compensation benchmarking surveys and benefits packages, and recommended changes and solutions to ensure market competitiveness.
September of 2014 was witness to Harshita Khanna accepting the role of senior manager-compensation and benefits, Nokia.  For the next year and three months she worked out of Nokia, Gurugram before moving to Home Credit India, in November of 2015. She joined as head-rewards and performance management, and over five and a half years into this role was elevated to chief people officer in 2021.
