    LNJ Bhilwara Group appoints Ranjan Sarkar as group CHRO

    With his vast experience, Sarkar is set to strengthen LNJ Bhilwara Group’s people strategy and readiness for future challenges

    LNJ Bhilwara Group has named Ranjan Sarkar as its new group chief human resources officer. In this role, he will steer the organisation’s HR strategy, talent-management agenda, and leadership-development efforts, aligning them with the Group’s growth and transformation objectives.

    Sarkar brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in human resources, having served in senior roles at leading organisations such as Exide Industries, CEAT, Zee Entertainment Enterprises, GSK Pharmaceuticals and Shaw Wallace. Sarkar also possesses cross-industry experience in various sectors such as auto sector, energy storage, metals, tyre, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, BFSI, media & communication.

    Prior to joining LNJ Bhilwara Group, he was president – HR, Exide Industries, where he played a key role in strengthening HR systems and practices across a billion-dollar energy storage business. He joined the company in the year 2017.

    His career reflects a strong track record in driving organisational change, fostering talent pipelines, and embedding HR excellence in diverse business environments. Sarkar also holds an MBA degree from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.

    With his extensive industry experience, Sarkar is expected to contribute significantly to LNJ Bhilwara Group’s ambition of enhancing its people strategy and preparing the organisation for future challenges.
