Saatvik Green Energy has announced the resignation of its chief human resource officer, Aman Attree, effective 8 April, 2026. According to the company’s disclosure, Attree stepped down from his role as part of the senior management team due to personal health reasons.
The development was disclosed through regulatory filings with the stock exchanges under SEBI Listing Regulations. His resignation took effect at the close of business hours on the stated date.
Attree joined the company in May 2025 and served as CHRO for nearly a year. During his stint, he focused on strengthening leadership development, talent management, and people processes in line with the company’s growth in the renewable energy space.
A seasoned HR leader, Attree brings over 38 years of experience across industries including FMCG, healthcare, infrastructure, and renewable energy. He is widely recognised for advising boards and executive teams on people strategy, organisational transformation, and culture building. Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale HR transformations, built organisations from the ground up, and managed complex workforce integrations across geographies.
Prior to joining Saatvik, he held leadership roles at organisations such as Avaada Group, Greenko Group, and Reliance Group. His experience includes leading enterprise-wide HR strategies, managing large and diverse workforces, and driving post-merger integration and culture- alignment initiatives.
His departure marks a leadership transition for the company as it continues to scale its operations in India’s fast-evolving clean- energy sector.
