IIM Lucknow has completed its Placement 2026 with strong results for students. A total of 559 students received more than 580 job offers, showing high demand from recruiters. The biggest highlight was the highest domestic package of Rs 1 crore per year, while the highest international offer stood at Rs 65 lakh. The average salary across all offers was Rs 33.2 lakh per annum, and the median salary was close behind at Rs 32.9 lakh, reflecting steady pay levels across different roles.

Students from the 40th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 21st batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP ABM) secured jobs in diverse areas such as consulting, finance, general management, product management, sales and marketing, operations, retail, and e commerce.

Top recruiters included Accenture, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Reliance Industries, and Tata Administrative Services. Consulting and finance firms continued to dominate hiring, while technology and product roles also saw strong interest.

A notable trend this year was the participation of several first time recruiters, including BlackRock, Uber, boAt, Berger, Essar Group, Shaadi.com, and Hero Future Energies. Their involvement signals growing industry confidence and expanding career pathways for students.

With headline offers reaching Rs 1 crore, steady averages above Rs 33 lakh, and participation from both established and new recruiters, IIM Lucknow has reinforced its position as one of India’s leading business schools. The placement season reflects not only strong industry demand but also the institute’s ability to prepare students for diverse and high value roles across sectors.
