Access Healthcare has appointed Debashish Ghosh as senior vice president and head of people for India and the Philippines, strengthening its leadership bench as the company scales its global-delivery operations. In his new role, Ghosh will oversee the people function across two of the company’s key markets, focusing on leadership development, talent outcomes, and building scalable HR operations.

The appointment comes at a time when the company is expanding its footprint in the revenue cycle management (RCM) space while deepening its capabilities through technology and automation.

Ghosh brings over two decades of experience in human resources and organisational leadership, with a strong track record in culture transformation, change management, and talent strategy. Prior to joining Access Healthcare, he was founder and CEO at TalBha. He also served as senior vice president and India HR head at Berkadia, and spent more than 12 years at Genpact, where he led large-scale, business-aligned HR transformation initiatives across global operations.

Earlier in his career, he worked with GE Capital, building foundational expertise in HR operations and business partnering.

An executive alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and certified by XLRI Jamshedpur, Ghosh is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach.

Beyond his corporate roles, he actively contributes to the HR ecosystem as a thought leader, mentor, and speaker, and is involved in industry-academia collaborations through advisory roles with universities, business schools, and startups.
