    Andaz Delhi by Hyatt has appointed Mandeep Sodhi as director-human resources. She will lead HR for both the hotel and Hyatt Delhi Residences. The move strengthens the brand’s focus on people strategy and culture building.

    In her new role, Sodhi will drive HR initiatives across functions. Her mandate includes strengthening employee engagement, enhancing leadership pipelines, and supporting operational excellence across the property.

    Sodhi brings over 14 years of experience across hospitality, real estate-led businesses, and corporate environments. Her expertise spans talent management, leadership development, HR advisory, and organisational governance. She is known for building structured HR systems that support business growth while strengthening team performance.

    Most recently, Sodhi served as director-people and culture at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. There, she played a key role in the hotel’s launch. She set up HR frameworks, scaled hiring, and focused on creating a strong culture of engagement and operational discipline.

    Before that, she worked with HSBC as assistant vice president-HR advisory. In this role, she handled employee relations, coached teams, and worked closely with stakeholders to resolve complex people issues. Her earlier stints include leadership roles at MRG Group and Marriott International, where she built strong capabilities in hotel HR operations and talent development across multiple properties.

    Sodhi has extensive experience managing large teams and aligning HR strategies with business priorities. Her approach focuses on governance, process efficiency, and building stable, high-performing teams.
