Decisiv Inc. has appointed Priyanka Chandel as its new chief human resources officer. The move comes as the company continues to expand its Service Relationship Management (SRM) platform and strengthen its data-driven capabilities across North America.
In her new role, Chandel will lead all people-related functions. Her mandate includes talent acquisition, organisational design, performance management, and culture building. She will play a key role in supporting Decisiv’s growing ecosystem, which connects thousands of service locations and fleets while managing millions of commercial vehicle service events annually.
Chandel brings over a decade of global HR experience across technology, logistics, and retail sectors. She is known for driving organisational design, workforce planning, and scalable talent strategies in high-growth environments. Her approach focuses on aligning people strategy with business outcomes while building strong, performance-oriented cultures.
Prior to joining Decisiv, she spent over seven years with Epicor. Most recently, she served as director-HR, where she led HR business partnering across the US, Canada, and Mexico. She also drove global employee experience initiatives and ESG-linked people practices. During her tenure, she worked closely with leadership teams on succession planning, talent reviews, and compensation strategies, while supporting engineering and product organisations at scale.
Earlier in her career, Chandel held roles in learning and development and HR business partnering, including stints with Shadowfax Technologies and Aditya Birla Retail. She began her professional journey in retail operations before transitioning into HR leadership.
Based in Virginia, Decisiv operates one of North America’s largest asset service management ecosystems. With Chandel’s appointment, the company aims to further strengthen its leadership bench and people capabilities as it scales its platform and services.
