    Kaynes Technology appoints Dheeraj Tandon as CHRO & VP-HR

    His mandate includes partnering with the Board on CXO hiring, aligning HR frameworks with business and digital-transformation goals

    Kaynes Technology India has appointed Dheeraj Tandon as its new chief human resources officer and vice president – HR. In this role, Tandon will lead enterprise-wide human capital strategy.

    His mandate includes partnering with the Board on CXO hiring, aligning HR frameworks with business and digital- transformation goals, and strengthening performance, compensation, and leadership-development systems. The role also focuses on driving productivity, building capability, and scaling a workforce of over 5,400 employees.

    Tandon brings more than 27 years of experience in human resources across manufacturing and consumer businesses. Prior to joining Kaynes Technology, he served as group head-HR at Vadilal Industries, where they led organisational- transformation initiatives. This included redesigning HR processes, onboarding senior leadership, driving HR digital transformation, and building capability frameworks for over 1,400 employees across the group.

    Earlier, as CHRO at Heritage Foods, he oversaw HR strategy for a workforce of more than 6,000 employees across on-roll and off-roll roles. Tandon led a large HR team and drove initiatives spanning talent acquisition, leadership development, HR analytics, and performance management across multiple business segments.

    An alumnus of IIM Lucknow, his career also includes leadership roles at Meritor, JK Organisation, an CG Power and Industrial Solutions, with experience in talent management, industrial relations, and HR operations.

    This appointment underscores Kaynes Technology’s focus on building strong people capabilities and leadership depth to support its next phase of growth.
