    Sai Lakshmi Industries appoints Shweta Suryavanshi as CHRO

    In her new role, she will lead the company's people strategy, talent management, leadership development, organisational capability, and workforce transformation initiatives

    Sai Lakshmi Industries has appointed Shweta Suryavanshi as its chief human resources officer (CHRO). In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent management, leadership development, organisational capability, and workforce transformation initiatives as the diversified business group expands across its fashion, real estate and hospitality businesses.

    Suryavanshi brings over 25 years of human resources leadership experience across hospitality, consulting, technology, facility management, manufacturing, infrastructure, and the non-profit sector. Her expertise spans strategic HR, organisational development, talent acquisition, industrial relations, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, workforce planning, and HR compliance.

    Most recently, she served as vice president, Grand Continent Hotels, after being elevated from assistant vice president – human resources. During her more than one-year tenure, she played a key role in strengthening HR operations, talent practices, and people processes within the hospitality business.

    Prior to that, she was HR head at TCFM for over three years, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy, workforce management, blue-collar hiring, and organisational capability initiatives. She also worked as recruitment project manager at EY, managing strategic talent acquisition assignments.

    Between 2016 and 2021, Suryavanahi worked as an independent senior human resources consultant, delivering leadership development, competency mapping, assessment centres, organisational development, and soft skills training programmes for multiple organisations.

    Earlier in her career, she served as deputy director – HR at Wildlife Trust of India. She has also worked with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, ISS Facility Management, Vipul Facility Management, Johnson Controls and Unisol Infraservices.

    She began her HR career with Citizen Co-operative Bank and Orion Dialog, building a strong foundation in HR operations and administration.

    Suryavanshi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialisation in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad.
