DCM Shriram has appointed Aditi Gujral as vice president & group talent head, effective June 2026. Based in New Delhi, she will lead the group’s efforts to build future-ready leadership and strengthen organisational capabilities across businesses.

The appointment aligns with DCM Shriram’s focus on talent as a growth enabler. In her new role, Gujral will drive strategy around leadership development, succession planning, learning, organisational design, and building capabilities that support the group’s long-term ambitions.

Gujral brings nearly 20 years of experience in talent management, culture transformation, and organsational development.

She joins DCM Shriram from Firstsource, where she served as global head – talent & culture centre of excellence from October 2021 to June 2026. During her tenure, she led enterprise-wide transformation through skill-based talent strategy, culture change, and AI-led workforce redesign.

Before Firstsource, Aditi Gujral was director, Organisation design & development for Asia Service Centres at Sun Life from June 2019 to October 2021, where she focused on talent management and digital HR transformation.

She spent nearly three years at Barclays as vice president–leadership learning and talent from September 2016 to June 2019, handling talent management and diversity & inclusion programmes.

At HSBC, Gujral had two roles. She was regional HR leader from August 2015 to September 2016, and earlier VP–talent management and leadership development from April 2009 to April 2012.

Her career began in consulting and FMCG. She worked as senior consultant at Ernst & Young between 2007 and 2009, and as HR analyst at Gillette from April 2004 to June 2006.

On the appointment, Gujral noted that creating agile organisations with the right capabilities, structures, and ways of working is critical to sustain business growth.

HRKatha wishes Aditi Gujral all the best!
