    Bharti AXA Life Insurance elevates Vishal Snha as head–corporate HR, L&D & OD

    Bharti AXA Life Insurance has elevated Vishal Snha as head–corporate HR, learning & development (L&D) and organisational development (OD), expanding his leadership mandate across the company’s people, learning and organisational development functions. In his new role, Snha will be responsible for driving the company’s corporate HR, leadership development, learning strategy and organisational development agenda, with a focus on strengthening leadership capability, talent development and organisational effectiveness.

    Snha has been associated with Bharti AXA Life Insurance for over five years. Prior to this elevation, he served as head–corporate HR & talent acquisition, where he led the corporate HR function and talent acquisition across both sales and non-sales businesses. Before that, he headed training – partnership distribution & corporate HR, overseeing learning and development, corporate HR for head-office functions, partnership distribution training, group business learning, central induction and training analytics.

    A human resources professional with more than 22 years of experience, Snha has built expertise across learning and development, organisational development, talent acquisition, corporate HR and capability building.

    Before joining Bharti AXA Life Insurance in 2021, he was business head – B2B corporate training at Max Skill First (2019-2021), where he partnered with enterprise clients on learning, capability building and organisational change initiatives. Earlier, he served as head–training, Bancassurance, Broker & Group Business at Aditya Birla Health Insurance (2016-2019).

    He also spent over eight years at Birla Sun Life Insurance (2007-2016), holding multiple leadership positions across the learning function.

    Snha completed the Future CHRO Programme at the Indian School of Business in 2024 and holds an MBA in Human Resources from IMI Delhi.
