After nearly five years at Bain & Company, Kanika Sharma has returned to Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as India HR manager, marking a new chapter in her association with the global management consulting firm. In her new role, Sharma is also serving as Talent Acquisition & Contingent Workforce (CWR) India Lead, with responsibilities spanning talent acquisition, campus recruitment and contingent workforce management.
Her experience covers hiring across leadership and campus talent, along with broader HR responsibilities within the consulting sector.
Sharma returns to BCG after spending close to five years at Bain & Company in Gurugram. She joined Bain in July 2021 as campus recruitment lead and was later elevated to manager – talent acquisition & HR in March 2023, a role she held until May 2026.
Prior to Bain, Sharma had spent more than five years with BCG. She joined the firm in January 2016 as senior specialist – campus recruiting Team and worked there until July 2021.
