Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has appointed Neha Jangale as head–learning & development (L&D) , strengthening its leadership team as the company sharpens its focus on capability building and future-ready talent.

In her new role, Jangale will lead the learning and development agenda for Glenmark, with responsibility for designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning strategies aligned to business priorities. Her mandate includes strengthening leadership pipelines, accelerating skill development and embedding a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.
Jangale brings over eight years of experience across learning and development, talent management and HR business partnering. Prior to joining Glenmark, she was associated with Reliance Industries, where she worked on people- development initiatives at scale. Her role involved designing structured learning journeys, driving leadership development interventions and supporting digital upskilling efforts aligned to evolving business needs.

Earlier, she spent several years at Mahindra & Mahindra across its automotive and farm- equipment businesses. During this phase, she led multiple capability-building programmes tailored to specific talent segments, delivered blended high-potential development journeys and partnered closely with business leaders on workforce planning and skill readiness.

Her work at Mahindra was recognised through multiple internal awards for digital learning and content design excellence.

Jangale began her professional journey in technology-led environments, with early-career roles at Tata Consultancy Services and internship exposure at Saint-Gobain. This foundation has given her a strong analytical lens and a business-aligned approach to people development.

Academically, she holds an MBA in Human Resources from Goa Institute of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Mumbai University.

Her appointment reflects Glenmark Pharmaceuticals’ continued emphasis on strengthening learning ecosystems and building leadership capability to support long-term growth and innovation.
