Singh’s next stop was Max Life Insurance, where she joined as head – organisation and staffing, spanning talent management and acquisition, pan India in 2012.

The year 2015 saw her taking on the role of group HR head, ICRA. She drove the HR transformation agenda for ICRA and its subsidiaries, delivering to the requirements of each business within the Group.

Three years later, in 2018, this alumna of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies accepted the role of CHRO, Hero Fincorp and head – CSR. She essayed this role successfully for over four years.
