    Prudentia has elevated Kanishk Chauhan to the position of human resources-director, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey and reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening its global people strategy. In his expanded mandate, Chauhan will oversee strategic HR outcomes across India, Africa, Singapore, the Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Prudential’s Health vertical, driving alignment between business goals and talent priorities across diverse markets.

    Chauhan began his journey with Prudential Vietnam as an HR consultant in May 2025. In this role, he played a pivotal part in enhancing governance frameworks, optimising people practices, and building workforce continuity to support sustainable business growth.

    With over 15 years of international experience, Chauhan has held key leadership roles at GE, Adidas, Hero MotoCorp and Toll Group. His expertise spans across many industries such as manufacturing, retail, energy, aviation, logistics, insurance and investments. As the co-founder of Riversource Capital, he has also developed a nuanced understanding of integrating business strategy, people, and capital to drive growth.

    Known for his ability to lead workforce transitions, manage industrial relations, and champion leadership development, Chauhan has consistently partnered with CXOs and regional leaders to nurture high-performing, adaptable cultures.

    An alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Social Service, he remains deeply committed to aligning people strategy with business imperatives to sustain success in dynamic and competitive markets.
