    Krupali Raval joins Hexagon R&D India as director-HR

    Hexagon R&D India has appointed Krupali Raval as director-human resources. With more than 14 years of experience, she brings extensive expertise in strategic human-resource management, organisational development, and employee engagement.

    In her new role at Hexagon R&D India, she will lead the company’s HR strategy with a focus on leadership excellence, diversity and employee experience. Her mandate includes strengthening talent- development frameworks and aligning people practices with the organisation’s long-term business objectives.

    Prior to this, she was associated with Disney Star as its senior manager-HR for over six years. She joined the company in the year 2019. Raval has also worked across global organisations including ValueLabs, and Apex CoVantage.

    Raval is known for her people-centric leadership style and ability to build inclusive, high-performing workplaces. She is passionate about fostering cultures of innovation, collaboration, and growth that empower employees to reach their potential.

    A certified psychometric professional and a graduate  from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH), she blends behavioural insight with business acumen to create people strategies that drive measurable impact.

    Her appointment underscores Hexagon’s commitment to building a future-ready organisation grounded in innovation, inclusivity, and employee success. With her strong track record and empathetic leadership style, Krupali Raval is expected to play a key role in shaping Hexagon R&D India’s culture of excellence and sustainable growth.
