Welspun Living has appointed Mansi Shah as the new head-talent acquisition. With more than 15 years of experience, Shah brings a deep understanding of global recruitment and leadership hiring.

Her new mandate includes overseeing the entire talent- acquisition strategy, enhancing hiring processes, and ensuring that the organisation attracts skilled professionals across functions. Before stepping into this role, Shah led talent acquisition at Welspun Transformation Services. She joined the company in 2023.
Her career spans several leadership assignments at Milestone Inc., Equations Placements, and AddRec Solutions. Over the years, she has managed recruitment operations across diverse geographies, including India, the United States, Mexico, the Gulf region and Africa.
Her expertise lies in handling global mandates, managing client partnerships, and developing high-performing teams. This experience is expected to play a key role as Welspun Living continues to focus on capability building and strengthening its talent pipeline.
