MetricStream has appointed Neha Srivastava as senior vice president – human resources, marking a key leadership addition as the company strengthens its people strategy alongside business growth. In her new role, Srivastava will lead the global HR function at MetricStream, focusing on talent strategy, organisational effectiveness and culture as the company scales its operations.
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Srivastava highlighted the importance of aligning people strategy closely with business priorities, noting that the opportunity to build at scale and shape culture in a high-growth environment drew her to the organisation.
With over 18 years of experience, she brings a strong track record in organisational transformation, culture building and talent strategy across industries including technology, finance, pharmaceuticals, education and media. Known for her people-first approach, she has led large-scale restructuring initiatives, built HR ecosystems from the ground up and introduced frameworks across talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and change management.
Prior to joining MetricStream, Srivastava served as head–people and culture, LeadSquared. She also held the role of head – human resources, HighRadius, where she drove HR strategy during a phase of rapid growth. She has also been associated with organisations such as TTS and JBCN International in senior HR leadership roles, along with experience at Boehringer Ingelheim and Bombay Stock Exchange.
Over the course of her career, she has been recognised by platforms such as Forbes India and the World HRD Congress for her work in building high-performing, engaged organisations and designing innovative HR practices. Her leadership style combines analytical rigour with empathy, focusing on creating workplaces that are both productive and human-centric.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Comparative Mythology from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Allahabad, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to her leadership approach.
