Schneider Electric has elevated Meydhavi G to the role of global human resources director. She had been serving as senior GM-HR leader, HR transformation, mergers & acquisitions at the global industrial technology company since 2022.
An alumna of the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, Meydhavi spent the initial years of her professional journey working as a management trainee at Tata Sons. During 2008 to 2010, she got the opportunity to work on challenging HR projects across Tata Steel, Tata Industrial Services and Tata Power.
November of 2010 saw her relocating from Mumbai to Gurugram, taking up the role of HR manager at Honeywell International India.
In June, 2013, she moved to Baxter India, as senior C&B Analyst-Asia Pacific. Nine months into this role, she returned to Honeywell as HR leader.
Meydhavi’s next stop was Ve Commercial Vehicles, a joint venture of Volvo Group and Eicher Motors, where she joined as senior manager-national sales HRBP and organisation transformation.
The period 2019 to 2022 was spent serving Signify, as GM-HR B2B, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal, leading talent management.
After a successful stint with Signify that lasted a little less than four years, Meydhavi joined Schneider Electric, as senior GM-HR leader, HR transformation, mergers & acquisitions.
Known to be an intelligent team player with knowledge of strategic HR domains, her excellent time-management and communication skills will prove to be an asset to Schneider.
