NeoLiv, an integrated residential real-estate platform, has appointed Milind Apte as senior vice president, partner, and group chief human resources officer (CHRO). With over 35 years of experience in strategic human-capital management, Apte joins the company at a critical time as it scales operations across key markets in India.

In his new role, Apte will head NeoLiv’s group HR function. His key focus areas will include building organisational capability, driving a high-performance culture, and aligning talent strategies with NeoLiv’s long-term business goals. Known for his expertise in leadership development and transformation, Apte is expected to play a crucial role in making NeoLiv a future-ready, people-centric enterprise.

Prior to this, Apte was associated with KEC International as its SVP-HR, having joined the company in the year 2023.

Apte’s career spans across several leading organisations, including CEAT Tyres, Godrej Properties, DHL Express, Cadbury, Johnson & Johnson, and LIC of India. His cross-industry experience brings a rich perspective to managing talent and organisational development.

Welcoming him to the leadership team, Mohit Malhotra, founder & CEO of NeoLiv, said Apte’s entry marks a significant step in building an agile and resilient organisation capable of delivering long-term value. Apte’s appointment reflects NeoLiv’s commitment to strengthening its leadership and HR capabilities even while following a people-first approach.
