SEI, a global provider of financial technology, operations, and asset- management services, has appointed Amy Sliwinski as executive vice president and chief people and culture officer. Sliwinski will report to Sean Denham, CFO and COO, and become part of the executive-management team.
This newly-created role signals the company’s commitment to aligning its people strategy with a broader transformation and growth agenda.
In the new role, Sliwinski will be responsible for overseeing SEI’s human- capital strategy across the employee lifecycle. Her remit includes talent acquisition, learning and development, workforce planning, employee engagement and benefits. The role also puts a strong emphasis on building a workplace culture that supports SEI’s evolving business model and long-term ambitions.
Sliwinski brings a strong background in organisational change. At SKF, where she most recently served as CHRO, she led a company-wide talent revamp. She joined the company in the year 2019 and work focused on modernising recruitment, introducing culture-led engagement initiatives, and realigning people practices to match global business needs.
Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Santander Bank, where she focused on succession planning, performance management and enterprise learning.
She has also worked with Bank of America in her early career days.
Sliwinski holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in science.
