Brigade Group has appointed Sujaya Nag as its new chief human resource officer and senior vice president, effective immediately. A globally- respected HR professional, Nag is known for her contributions to building and scaling global capability centres (GCCs).

In her new role, Nag will lead the people and culture agenda across Brigade’s hotel ventures, hospitality, facilities (Aureya), and foundation verticals. She will also oversee the Brigade Foundation, which plays a significant role in driving community impact.

Nag brings with her over 25 years of global HR- leadership and people- transformation experience across Asia, North America, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific. She has been widely recognised for her expertise in people strategy, culture building, and large-scale organisational transformation.

Before joining Brigade, Nag was with Booz Allen Hamilton, where she served as global head-employee relations HR, Asia Pacific & Europe. In this capacity, she supported a workforce of over 34,000 employees worldwide and was instrumental in establishing the international employee relations vertical. Her leadership was central to driving global HR transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance, fairness, and alignment across diverse labour laws and cultural contexts.

Nag’s career also spans leadership roles at HSBC, UnitedHealth Group, Dell, and Genpact, where she led HR transformation, governance, and leadership- development initiatives across regions. Her expertise lies in integrating leadership practices across geographies—a strength she is now set to bring to the Brigade Group’s people-first transformation journey.

An alumna of IIM Ahmedabad, Nag holds an executive management programme from Columbia Business School. Academically, she also holds an MBA in HR from CSIBER, and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi.
