IKS Health, a care enablement platform, has appointed Manisha Kadagathur as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO). With over 25 years of experience across consumer, financial services, technology, and chemical industries, Kadagathur will play a key role in shaping IKS Health’s people strategy as the company enters its next phase of growth.

In her new role, she will lead the transformation of IKS Health’s global HR function, aligning talent strategy with business goals and leveraging AI-driven innovations across recruitment, HR business partnering, learning and development, and succession planning.

Kadagathur has held leadership positions as CHRO, consulting leader, independent board member, and founder of a successful HR tech startup in the US. Prior to IKS, she was serving as an independent director at Safex Group.

She has worked with several companies such as Aon, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Aegon Life and Vini Cosmetics. Her expertise spans talent management, organisational design, and the application of emerging technologies in HR.

An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, Kadagathur holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from St Francis College for Women.

Commenting on the appointment, Sachin K Gupta, founder & global CEO, IKS Health, said “her global experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and deep expertise in people strategy make her uniquely positioned to lead our HR evolution.”

With Kadagathur’s leadership, IKS Health aims to strengthen its people-first culture while driving innovation and scalability to support its long-term business vision.
