Multidots has appointed Kalyana Krishna as human resources director, effective October 2026. He will lead the company’s HR function, bringing over 15 years of experience across human resources, business partnering, talent management and organisational transformation.

Krishna joins Multidots from Intelloger, where he served as chief human resources officer from April to September 2026. He was brought in to build the company’s people function from the ground up, establishing its first formal HR policy framework within 90 days. He also created a skills repository covering around 200 skills across 16 technical roles to support capability planning and client staffing requirements.

Before Intelloger, Krishna spent over three years at UST as manager – HR business partner, from July 2022 to October 2025. He partnered with business leaders across a multi-geography unit comprising more than 1,500 employees and also served as HR head for the Hyderabad office.

At UST, Krishna also developed an enterprise behavioural competency model to standardise talent assessment and introduced an onboarding playbook that improved new-hire satisfaction. His work focused on strengthening performance management, leadership pipelines and people processes across the organisation.

Earlier, Krishna served as assistant general manager – HR at Freyr Solutions, where he led the HR function for a 500-employee software company, managing a six-member team responsible for performance, employee engagement and culture.

From July 2017 to June 2019, he worked at Flipkart as manager – HR business partner. He was responsible for establishing HR operations at a greenfield fulfilment centre, building the team and scaling hiring as the facility expanded.

Krishna began his corporate HR career at ITC, where he served as assistant manager – human resources from June 2011 to November 2013. He managed HR operations at a manufacturing plant with around 2,300 employees, overseeing industrial relations, recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement.

Before moving into corporate HR, Krishna served as a sub-Inspector of police in Andhra Pradesh from 2003 to 2009, commanding a police station and managing frontline law-and-order operations. He subsequently worked as an HR advisory professional at EY, from March 2014 to January 2017, delivering consulting engagements involving competency design, leadership development, performance management, organisation design and HR due diligence.

Krishna holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.

His experience spans strategic HR business partnering, performance and rewards, succession planning, employee relations and HR operations, with a focus on building structured people systems that support organisational growth.
