Marking World Youth Skills Day, BLS International said it is strengthening its workforce development strategy through expanded AI training, digital learning platforms and leadership- development programmes to build a future-ready workforce.
The company said nearly 60 per cent of its workforce has participated in learning and development programmes since January 2026. These initiatives cover technical, functional, digital and leadership skills to prepare employees for evolving workplace requirements.
BLS International is also rolling out a global Learning Management System (LMS) to provide a consistent learning experience across its international operations. Employees have access to more than 21,000 digital courses, enabling continuous upskilling and professional development.
Its subsidiary, BLS E-Services, supports workforce learning through its in-house platform, Empower-360, which is used by employees, partners, Customer Service Points (CSPs) and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs). The platform offers personalised learning paths, progress tracking and analytics to support skill development.
The company is also investing in leadership capability through programmes such as LEAP, LEAD and iCOACH, aimed at developing future leaders and encouraging knowledge sharing across the organisation.
BLS International, which employs more than 60,000 employees and associates globally, said the initiatives are part of its broader effort to equip its workforce with the skills required for an increasingly digital and AI-driven business environment.
