Infosys has expanded its digital learning ecosystem by integrating AWS Skill Builder into Infosys Springboard, its flagship global education and skilling platform. The move is designed to accelerate AI-first learning and equip individuals with the capabilities required for a rapidly-evolving digital economy.

With this integration, learners will gain access to practical, industry-aligned training across cloud computing, generative AI, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. The expanded platform continues to focus on democratising high-quality digital education, in line with Infosys’ ESG commitment to make advanced learning accessible to students, educators, and underserved communities around the world.

AWS Skill Builder enhances the Springboard experience with structured learning paths, hands-on labs, and generative AI-powered simulations through other tools. Furthermore, interactive formats introduce game-based modules that make mastering cloud and AI skills more immersive. The collaboration also reinforces support for women in technology and other underrepresented groups, helping broaden participation in the digital workforce.

Infosys has already trained 13.3 million learners through its various digital skilling programmes. With the latest expansion, the company aims to extend digital education to over 18 million individuals, including employees, clients, students, and educators. The initiative is also expected to support employment pathways for more than 500,000 people, strengthening the talent pipeline for an AI-led future.
