PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) India has announced the opening of its latest office in Gurugram, as part of an expansion of its footprint in the National Capital Region (NCR). Located in DLF Downtown 4, this state-of-the-art facility becomes the firm’s sixth office in the region and is set to accommodate more than 1,200 professionals.
Spanning 1,25,000 sq. ft, the new workspace reflects the firm’s commitment to evolving with the needs of its clients and employees.
The office has been designed with modern features such as innovation hubs, client-engagement zones, and open collaboration areas. These additions aim to enhance service delivery and foster cross-functional teamwork, in line with PwC’s multidisciplinary approach to addressing complex business challenges.
With this expansion, PwC India’s total workforce capacity in the NCR reaches nearly 8,000, supporting both domestic and global clients. Nationally, the firm now employs close to 30,000 professionals across 20 locations.
Sanjeev Krishan, chairperson, PwC India, emphasised the significance of the new Gurugram facility, calling it a “Gen Z-friendly workspace” tailored to support creativity, collaboration and well-being. “This office represents our ongoing investment in our people and our clients. It is designed to break away from traditional workspaces and offer an open, flexible environment aligned with our refreshed brand identity,” he said.
Krishan also highlighted the strategic importance of the NCR in PwC India’s growth journey. “Gurugram is a dynamic hub with access to rich talent and a thriving professional ecosystem. This move reinforces our long-term plans to expand in regions that offer both scale and innovation,” he added.
The new office further reinforces PwC’s people-first philosophy, encapsulated in its talent promise—Grow Here. Go Further.
PwC India’s expansion momentum doesn’t stop here. The firm is also preparing to launch two new offices in Mumbai in 2025, strengthening its presence in the country’s financial capital. This move aims to provide more flexibility to employees and enhance client service capabilities across western India.
With this strategic expansion, *PwC* India continues to scale its operations in high-growth regions while staying true to its vision of empowering people and delivering sustained outcomes for clients.
