JPMorganChase has appointed Aditi Mahadevan Nair as head-human resources, marking the latest milestone in a career spanning more than two decades across the financial services and telecommunications sectors. Based in Singapore, Nair will lead the organisation’s people agenda, bringing extensive experience in strategic HR business partnering, talent management, leadership development, rewards and workforce transformation.
Prior to joining JPMorganChase, Nair served as managing director and head-human resources – Asia Pacific, Barclays. In this role, she led HR strategy across the region for nearly four years.
Before Barclays, she spent more than 17 years with Citi, holding several senior leadership positions. Her most recent role there was chief human resources officer for India and South Asia.
Her experience spans talent acquisition and retention, performance management, employee relations, organisational development, compensation and benefits, leadership development, learning strategy, diversity and inclusion, and workforce transformation. According to her LinkedIn profile, she has worked extensively across Singapore and India, partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with organisational goals.
Earlier in her career, Nair worked with Bharti Airtel, where she gained experience in management development, performance management and talent initiatives.
An MBA in Human Resources and Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Nair brings expertise across talent strategy, employee engagement, organisational development, compensation and benefits, leadership coaching and workforce planning.
With deep expertise across HR business partnering, rewards, talent management and leadership development, Nair is expected to play a key role in advancing JPMorganChase’s people strategy and organisational priorities in the region.
