Kanodia Group has appointed Rajiv Andley as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO). The move marks a key addition to the company’s leadership team.

Before joining Kanodia Group, he served as head-HR, Healthium Medtech, where he spearheaded several initiatives focused on organisational development, talent management, and employee engagement. He joined the company in the year 2020 as its head-HR and IR.

Andley brings with him over three decades of rich experience in human resources, having worked with leading organisations such as Tata Motors, Bajaj Hindustan, Subros, and Uflex — prominent names across the automotive, healthcare, packaging, and FMCG sectors. His expertise spans organisation design and restructuring, formulation and implementation of people policies and SOPs, change management, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, learning and development, recruitment, legal and industrial relations, as well as setting up and successfully managing shared services operations.

Known for his strategic people leadership, he has consistently driven HR transformation across sectors, aligning business objectives with employee growth and capability building. His appointment is expected to strengthen Kanodia Group’s focus on developing a performance-driven and inclusive workplace culture.

Andley holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialisation in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Social Sciences, Dr BR Ambedkar University, Agra, and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Labour Laws from Lucknow University.

With his extensive industry experience and people-first approach, Andley is set to play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of Kanodia Group’s HR and organisational strategy.
