Joshi, who has been with NoBroker.com for nearly eight years, has contributed significantly to building its HR systems during periods of rapid scale-up.
In her new role, Joshi is expected to steer long-term talent strategy, strengthen organisational capabilities and support leadership development initiatives. The appointment reflects both her long association with the organisation and her growing influence in shaping its human resources strategy.
Joshi joined the company in 2018 as its senior human resources manager and has been closely involved in strengthening employee experience, driving capability development and supporting cultural transformation as the company expanded across cities and business verticals. Her work has played a crucial role in aligning HR processes with the pace of growth and the evolving needs of a young, tech-focused workforce.
Her appointment comes after more than 15 years in the HR domain, during which she held key roles across global and Indian organisations. Prior to joining NoBroker.com, she worked with Deluxe, JLL, IBM and Pinaki in varied capacities, gaining hands-on experience in business partnering, organisational development and talent acquisition. This exposure to diverse work cultures and business models has equipped her with a broad perspective on people management.
