The Anglian Omega Group has elevated Nitin Khindria as group chief human resources officer. The elevation expands his leadership mandate across the group’s businesses, including Omega Seiki Mobility and Omega Bright Steel.
In his expanded role, Khindria will oversee the HR agenda across group companies, driving greater alignment in talent management, leadership development, organisational culture and workforce transformation.
Khindria has been associated with Omega Seiki Mobility as CHRO, where he has played a key role in strengthening people practices, building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. His elevation to group CHRO underscores the company’s confidence in his leadership and his contribution to shaping the group’s people strategy.
With more than two decades of HR experience, Khindria has held leadership roles across manufacturing, automotive and industrial organisations.
Prior to joining Omega Seiki Mobility, he served as CHRO at Dalmia Biz. He joined the firm in the year 2023. His career also includes senior HR assignments with Action TESA, Nahar Industrial Enterprises, International Tractors, Mahindra & Mahindra and Indo Asian Fusegear.
His HR journey began at Indo Asian in the year 2007, when he joined as the manager HR-training. In the year 2010, he moved to Mahindra and Mahindra, as its manager capability building-Pan Asia. For three years, he was based in Mumbai and was responsible for employees’ functional and sales training for M&M sales and customer care team. He was also managing induction and re-induction process for all new employees.
In the year 2013, he joined International tractors as its DGM-HR. This marked the longest stint for his career, as he was associated with the company for over four years.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Khindria brings expertise in organisational development, talent acquisition, HR digitisation and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has focused on aligning people strategy with business objectives while building scalable and performance-driven organisations.
The elevation highlights the growing importance of unified HR leadership as organisations increasingly focus on workforce agility, leadership capability and culture as key drivers of long-term growth.
