    Micro Mitti gets Tripti Singh as head-HR

    Micro Mitti has appointed Tripti Singh as head-human resources, strengthening its people leadership as the proptech firm continues to expand its fractional real- estate investment platform. In her new role, Singh will lead the company’s HR strategy, overseeing talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, organisational development and people-centric initiatives aimed at supporting business growth.

    She brings more than a decade of experience across talent acquisition, HR business partnering, employee relations, employer branding and people operations.

    Prior to joining Micro Mitti, Singh served as senior human resources manager, Basiz Fund Services, where she was involved in strengthening HR operations and talent- management practices.

    Before that, she spent nearly four years with PolicyX.com, progressing from human resources manager to senior human resources manager. During her tenure, she worked on employer branding, strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development and organisational- effectiveness initiatives.

    Earlier, she was associated with ClassMonitor as human resources manager, handling talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. She also spent seven years as an HR business partner at Warren Public School, gaining extensive experience in people management and employee engagement.

    Singh began her professional journey as a senior recruiter at Right Advisors, where she built expertise in recruitment and talent sourcing.

    Known for her people-first approach, she has experience in creating HR processes that support business growth while enhancing employee experience. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, policy development and organisational growth.

    Her appointment comes as Micro Mitti continues to scale its operations and strengthen its workforce capabilities in the rapidly- evolving proptech sector.

    Micro Mitti is an Indore-based proptech company that enables investors to participate in real estate through fractional ownership, providing access to premium property assets with lower capital requirements.
