Rupali Gupta has joined Hinduja Housing Finance as regional human resources manager, bringing more than eight years of experience across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, workforce strategy and employee engagement in the banking and financial- services sector.
Before joining Hinduja Housing Finance, Gupta spent more than four years with CSB Bank, where they progressed through roles including talent-acquisition partner, regional HR lead and senior manager–HR.
As senior manager–HR at CSB Bank, Gupta supported more than 600 employees across 105 locations and 13 business units. The role involved workforce strategy, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
Gupta also managed a recruitment engine that delivered more than 500 hires annually, while partnering with senior leadership on organisation design and broader people priorities. Their work was recognised through Rising Star and Hiring Champion awards.
Before CSB Bank, Gupta spent more than three years with Satya MicroCapital as deputy manager. Earlier, she worked with Jana Small Finance Bank as assistant manager.
Her career began with a management- trainee role at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages in 2016.
Gupta holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the School of Management Sciences, Varanasi, where she also completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications.
The move to Hinduja Housing Finance marks the next step in a career that has combined hands-on recruitment delivery with broader HR business partnering across banking and financial services.
