Venkataraman joins Bahwan CyberTek from digital engineering firm, Indium, where she served as senior vice president for human resources. During her tenure, she led HR strategy for a workforce of over 2,000 employees across India, the US, and the UK. Her work focused on supporting rapid business expansion, strengthening leadership capability, driving internal mobility, and embedding performance-driven and inclusive people practices. She also played a key role in HR digital transformation and workforce planning initiatives.

With more than two decades of experience, Venkataraman has held senior HR leadership roles across a range of industries, including automotive, oil and gas, banking, and information technology. Her career includes stints at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, Shell, Standard Chartered Bank, Infosys and Ford Business Services. Across these roles, she has worked extensively on workforce transformation, leadership development, employee relations, and large-scale people operations in complex, multi-cultural environments.

An alumna of IIM Calcutta, she specialises in building leadership pipelines, integrating data and technology into people strategies and creating inclusive cultures that fuel rapid growth.

At Bahwan CyberTek, her appointment signals a sharper focus on leadership depth, talent scalability and globally-aligned people strategies.
