    McKinsey & Co. India gets Priya Ramdev as CPO

    Priya Ramdev has been appointed as the chief people officer at McKinsey and Company, India. In this role, she will report to Deva Grant, Asia leader, people function, McKinsey & Co.

    Based out of the national capital, Delhi, Ramdev will lead the talent and people agenda for the Company in India. She moves to McKinsey after a very long and successful stint of close to 16 years with Accenture India. In her last role there, she served as the head of HR, India market unit (Accenture Strategy).

    She joined Accenture Management Consulting in 2006, as an engagement manager.

    Thereafter, Ramdev kept climbing the corporate ladder steadily and worked in the HR domain at various levels and in different capacities. By December 2019, she had been elevated to the role of HR director at Accenture.

    A strategic HR leader, Ramdev is known for driving the talent agenda with a focus on business growth and transformation. She has the ability and business acumen to drive a talent mindset in the organisation while partnering with the business.

    Having completed her BCom (H) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Ramdev also acquired an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.

    Ramdev started her career with CitiBank in 2005, where she joined as assistant manager, handling credit risk management for over a year, before joining Accenture.

    Being passionate about strengths-based development, Ramdev is a big advocate of coaching at the workplace.
