Flexible workspace provider 315Work Avenue has announced the appointment of Archana Chaudhari as head–workspace people & culture. The move strengthens its leadership team as the company continues to expand its operations across India.

In her new role, Chaudhari will lead the company’s overall people strategy, with a focus on talent development, organisational growth and culture-building initiatives. She will also oversee programmes aimed at strengthening employee engagement and aligning the company’s workforce strategy with its long-term business objectives.

Chaudhari brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, with strong expertise in talent strategy, organisational development and change management. Over the years, she has worked on large-scale people- transformation initiatives and has been involved in building high-performance cultures within organisations.

Before joining 315Work Avenue, she spent close to 12 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as senior HR business partner for Commercial Real Estate in South India. In that role, she led HR strategy for the region, working closely with leadership teams to drive workforce planning, talent initiatives and large-scale people transformation programmes.

Earlier in her career, she worked as HR manager at Aireff Detox in Thane and as assistant manager–HR at Mission Biofuels India in Mumbai. She also gained international experience as a client relation and delivery specialist with Ma Foi Management Consultants in Abu Dhabi. Her professional journey began at Tata Teleservices Maharashtra, where she worked as a Team Leader for more than four years.

Commenting on the appointment, Manas Mehrotra, founder, 315Work Avenue, said, “We are delighted to welcome Archana to 315Work Avenue at a time when we are scaling rapidly across markets. Archana’s extensive experience will help us further strengthen our internal capabilities and foster a high-performance, future-ready workforce.”

Sharing her thoughts on the new role, Chaudhari said, “I am excited to join 315Work Avenue and look forward to partnering with leadership to build agile, inclusive, and high-performing teams that not only support business expansion but also create a culture where innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being remain central to our success.”

Chaudhari holds a bachelor of commerce degree from VK Krishna Menon College and an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.

315Work Avenue currently manages nearly three million square feet of flexible workspace, offering around 60,000 seats across 45 locations in major cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.
