She joined L’Oréal in 2022 as senior HR business partner for Malaysia and Singapore, supporting the Consumer Products Division and L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty business. Earlier this year, she was elevated to HR director & commercial excellence Lead for Australia & New Zealand, combining people leadership with business performance initiatives.
