Centrient Pharmaceuticals has elevated Amitabh Yadav to the role of global director – rewards & HR excellence and country HR director – Netherlands. The expanded dual role underscores the company’s focus on strengthening its global people, performance and transformation agenda.

In his new position, Yadav will continue to lead Centrient’s global total rewards and HR excellence strategy while also overseeing the Netherlands country HR function. His appointment reflects both his strategic expertise and leadership impact in driving HR transformation across global markets.

Yadav joined Centrient in 2019 as its global director-benefits, compensation and HR excellence. With over 18 years of diverse experience, including more than a decade in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, Yadav has played a pivotal role in Centrient’s global HR transformation. He has successfully led high-value mergers and acquisitions, championed HR digitisation, and executed the global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors in just five months — setting an industry benchmark for efficiency and precision.

Operating within the Bain Capital portfolio, Yadav has been instrumental in balancing compliance, pace, and culture across multiple geographies. His collaborative approach with unions, works councils, and senior leadership has strengthened organisational alignment and employee engagement worldwide.

Before joining Centrient, Yadav held senior HR leadership positions at Apotex, Mylan, Cipla, Reliance Industries, Infosys, and Tata Consultancy Services. His expertise spans rewards management, digital transformation, and change leadership. His passion lies in translating complex people issues into commercial language and actionable KPIs for CxO/Board members to drive business strategy.

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and a certified Global and Certified Compensation Professional (GRP, CCP), Yadav is a strong advocate for AI-driven transformation in HR. His elevation reinforces Centrient Pharmaceuticals’ commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and global excellence — ensuring that HR continues to act as a strategic driver of business growth and sustainability.
