    BluPine Energy elevates Manisha Nair to CHRO

    BluPine Energy has elevated Manisha Nair to chief human resources officer (CHRO) & head-corporate communications & administration, expanding her leadership responsibilities after nearly four years with the renewable energy platform.

    In her new role, Nair will continue to lead the company’s people strategy while overseeing corporate communications and administrative governance, supporting BluPine Energy’s continued expansion and organisational growth.

    With more than 20 years of experience, Nair has built her career across the renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, consulting, and technology sectors. She brings expertise in strategic HR, organisational transformation, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, HR digitisation, employee engagement, governance, and business partnering.

    Nair joined BluPine Energy in 2022 as vice president & head–human resource, administration & corporate communications, where she established and led the company’s human capital, administration, and corporate communications functions.

    Prior to BluPine Energy, she served as HR head India – Alfanar Global Development & Group IT at Alfanar Construction, where she led strategic HR interventions, streamlined HR operations, and strengthened compliance for the company’s renewable energy business in India.

    Earlier, she worked as global HR partner and principal consultant – HCM solutions at EACIIT, contributing to talent management strategy, HR ERP implementation, cloud-based HCM solutions, and digital HR transformation projects for clients across India and Sri Lanka.

    Before that, Nair spent nearly four years as head – human resources at Ostro Energy, where she built the HR function from the ground up. She designed HR policies, recruitment processes, performance- management frameworks, competency mapping, and employee-engagement initiatives while supporting the company’s rapid expansion in the renewable energy sector.

    She also held HR leadership roles at Doosan, managing performance management, competency mapping, HR planning, learning and development, employee engagement, recruitment, and HR operations. Earlier in her career, she worked with SDG Corporation and First Advantage, building expertise in training, capability development, and organisational effectiveness.

    Nair holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM & HRD) from Maharshi Dayanand University and has completed a Management Development Program in Organisational Leadership from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta).

    According to her LinkedIn profile, she partners closely with founders, boards, and executive teams to build scalable organisations, strengthen leadership pipelines, and drive business transformation. She is also an executive coach and an advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion as a business imperative.
