    Deblina Roy Joins GEP Worldwide as director-HR

    GEP Worldwide has appointed Deblina Roy as its new director–human resources. Roy brings over 14 years of experience across people strategy, organisational development, and business partnering.

    Known for her results-driven and empathetic leadership, in the new role, Roy will focus on enhancing employee engagement, fostering leadership development, and driving organisational excellence across GEP’s global operations. Furthermore, she is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening a high-performance, inclusive culture, supporting the company’s continued growth on the global stage.

    Before joining GEP, Deblina Roy served as associate director–employee experience at HighRadius, where she led initiatives to strengthen leadership engagement, culture transformation, and the end-to-end employee lifecycle. She joined the company in 2022 as its employee experience manager. She has also held impactful roles at BirlaNu, where she championed digital HR transformation and contributed to the company.

    Roy’s earlier experience also includes tenures at Cement Manufacturing Company and Reliance Communications, where she developed deep expertise in HR operations, talent management, and strategic business partnering. Her expertise lies in business partnering, people consulting, talent development and organisation planning.

    An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, Roy is credited with blending strategic vision with people-centric leadership, creating workplace cultures that align human capital goals with business outcomes.
