DriveX Mobility has appointed Jyotsna Chaudhary as head-human resources, strengthening its leadership team as the technology-enabled pre-owned two-wheeler platform enters its next phase of growth. In her new role, Chaudhary will lead the company’s people and organisation agenda, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, organisational design, workforce planning and building a high-performance culture to support business expansion.

She joins DriveX from TVS Motor Company, where she spent nine years across a series of HR leadership roles, most recently serving as head HR business partner. During her tenure, she led HR strategy for key business functions, including R&D centres of excellence and programme- management teams, supporting a workforce of more than 1,400 employees across locations.

She also played a significant role in organisational- transformation initiatives, including restructuring programmes aligned with TVS Motor’s long-term growth strategy and strengthening talent and leadership capabilities across the business.

Prior to TVS Motor, Chaudhary spent more than seven years with Continental, holding several leadership positions. There, she partnered with engineering, sales, project management and corporate teams while leading leadership development and talent initiatives across the organisation.

With over 16 years of experience, she has built expertise across HR business partnering, organisational transformation, talent management, succession planning, workforce strategy and leadership development. Her career has been focused on helping organisations build future-ready capabilities while aligning people practices with business priorities.

Her appointment comes as DriveX continues to scale its operations and strengthen organisational capabilities across its digital and retail businesses.

DriveX Mobility is a technology-enabled platform for pre-owned two-wheelers, offering certified vehicles, financing, servicing and ownership solutions across India.
