Varroc has appointed Jatin Suley as cluster head HR, bringing an HR professional with more than 28 years of experience in automotive, engineering and manufacturing organisations into its people function.
Suley’s experience spans plant HR, employee and labour relations, statutory compliance, workforce management, employee engagement and HR operations.
Before joining Varroc in September 2026, he was senior manager, human resources operations, at TM Automotive Seating Systems, where he had been working since December 2024. He has also worked with Lucas TVS as senior manager, human resources, with responsibility for plant HR.
A substantial part of Suley’s career was spent with Bosch India. During his nearly 13 years with the company, beginning in 2012, he held roles including employee relations manager and HR manager. His work there covered labour and employee relations, HR operations and SAP HR.
Suley has also worked with KEC International as chief manager, human resources, based in Jaipur, between July 2023 and September 2024.
Earlier in his career, he spent four years with Pernod Ricard as assistant manager, human resources, from 2008 to 2012. His previous experience also includes roles at Perfect Circle India, Nitiraj Engineers and
Ashoka Buildcon, where he began his career in 1998.
Suley holds a master’s degree in personnel management from Pune University.
