Pacific Inter-Link (PIL), a Malaysia-based international business group with interests in edible oils, consumer goods, manufacturing and international trade, has appointed Kiran Dhillon as its chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective 1 October, 2026.

Dhillon brings extensive experience in human resources leadership, talent management, organisational development and business partnering. In her new role, she will oversee the group’s HR function, with responsibilities spanning Malaysia, Indonesia and Africa.

She joins PIL from Talentbook Solutions, where she served as senior partner from May 2019. In this role, she focused on talent advisory, executive recruitment and helping clients identify professionals suited to their business requirements.

Before Talentbook Solutions, Dhillon was director – APAC Centre of Excellence and HR business partner at Brightstar Corp., from October 2017 to May 2019. She led HR shared services and total rewards for the Asia-Pacific region while also partnering with the Malaysia leadership team on HR priorities.

Earlier, she served as HR director – Asia at iProperty Group from October 2014 to August 2017. Her responsibilities included regional HR strategy, talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, workforce and budget planning, and organisational development across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong. During her tenure, she supported the integration of acquired businesses and the group’s integration into REA Group following its acquisition.

Dhillon previously worked at Pacific Inter-Link as regional head of HR, Asia, from October 2013 to September 2014. During this stint, she introduced an employee service centre, established the HR business partnering model and Centre of Excellence, and standardised HR policies across the business. She also oversaw job evaluations, salary benchmarking and workload analysis.

Her experience also includes serving as director – human resources at SAS, where she led talent acquisition, development, workforce planning and performance management.

Earlier in her career, Dhillon held HR roles at AET Tanker Holdings and MYOB, where she worked across recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and organisational development. She began her career at Henkel in 1998.

Dhillon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University.

Her return to Pacific Inter-Link marks a new chapter in her association with the group, bringing together her previous experience with PIL and subsequent regional HR leadership roles across technology, shipping, analytics and digital businesses.
